Mission for United States of America Deaf Basketball (USADB), a national basketball organization serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing athletes who desire to participate in organized sports activities. The annual national basketball tournament is recognized as Thomas Elliott/Art Kruger Memorial National Tournament. The purpose of the USADB is to develop a sense of good sportsmanship, congenitally and leadership skills among interested and talented players. Participants for International basketball games are also selected from the most promising players at these tournaments to represent USADB internationally.
USADB has three programs; International, National and Youth.

The following individuals and teams have been suspended by USADB or its affiliated regions. These individuals and teams cannot play for any other regions or in the national tournament until the suspension is revoked by USADB or the region. Any concerns raised by these individuals, teams or anyone else should be directed to the USADB or region officers.
